1. After entering C Panel, enter File Manager
2. We will go to the relevant Public-html directory
If there is a subdomain, or several domains in storage, it is important to verify which public html we are downloading. 
3. Select all the files and click on Compress and then download the zip file.
4. Now rest 4. Now we will go back to this panel and click on phpMyAdmin
Inside the cPanel, open “phpMyAdmin”. On the left side of phpMyAdmin, select the database the site uses. If you are not sure which database it is, we will check the database through the wp-config.php file.
5. Select the relevant Database and click on export
6. Now we can see the next screen and click on GO
